There are so many black people in the US with advanced college degrees and western education and still have trouble integrating or assimilating into American society. (i.e.: workplace racism, businesses that only hire 1 black person per department, the need to c00n/tap dance to keep your place in the corporate hierarchy, working twice as hard as your white counterparts for only a fraction of the reward, etc.). Would be nice if we all came together and invested in Africa collectively, not just monetarily, but also by taking our skills and talents there.
