Also, you should cancel Paramount+ because it's owned by the genocide-loving Ellison family who are trying to buy Warner-Discovery and CNN.
Who knows, it is fiction. Have to deal with it. If anything, why is any human at least in the 24th century visibly old? With all of the medical technology they have, should be able to stop or severely slow down aging.
