Those are my tire specs (i think lol)

Cold Tire Pressure: Front Rear: 30PSI (210kPA, 2.1kgf/cm2)
Now I found these winter tires on ebay(They having a sale 100$ off 400$ plus tires and a rebate on some)
Are they good or not?
Like why is the ebay tire selector saying they not compatible with my car
