@ "a healthy 75k" ...sh!t is comedy...Pusha T is mainstream rap act signed to Def Jam that just released an album full of features from some of the biggest names in mainstream hip hop and urban music (ross, jeezy, chris brown, future, kelly rowland, the dream, kendrick lamar, big sean, 2chainz) and big name producers (kanye, pharrell, swizz beats, etc.)...and he's given some kind of special olympics "awww...they play basketball pretty good for kids with downs syndrome " praise for doing the same exact numbers we just crucified Big Sean for...in the SAME exact building...and getting qualifiers like "with no songs on the charts" like he ain't put out like 4 singles and videos already

The last Clipse album came out in 2008, and only sold 31,000 first week. For Pusha to wait 5 years and go from that to this, with a completely street album, with no big singles is nothing but a win in my eyes.

I could give a fukk about sales in 2013, noone's selling shyt. The album was dope and probably the best Rap album of the year. Keep sipping that haterade though breh.

The "hood/streets" (male and female) dont buy records.

The hood/streets are for the CO-SIGN. They might dictate whats hot but they wont get your money up. The SALES come from the burbs.

The problem is, some of these rappers shyt on people that live in the burbs or parents that work hard to give them a good life, but expect them to buy their albums. Its like biting the hand that feeds them

Pusha T, they need to push No Regrets as a single

He last album didn't even go gold though.
Her best numbers looking at wikipedia were 5-8 years ago when she did 326 and 371k as Hannah Montana.
