i think ep 38 gave the break down of chile grapes. its derived from this negative ass woman basa & i used to work with. she disregarded any and everything, writing shyt off. ba bought some grapes and she was like "hmmmph, where they from chile?" so basically chile grapes means get that shyt outta here.
