Pat did Wake Up by Game 5,Oak Dogg and Harp, shyt Starks was doing work before that Game 6 carried that Load

The way Starks was playing in the 4th Q of game 6, I think he makes that 3 on the last play and wins the series for NYK if Hakeem doesn’t recover and get a piece of it. Starks was a streaky shooter, and really on at that point.

Taking that into account, I think it’s one of the biggest defensive plays in NBA history.

no way in fukk y’all are saying the cowboys :dahell:

The bulls were easily the most popular team in any sport in the 90s

I can’t even remember talking about the cowboys back then but the bulls dominated elementary sports talk. Saw way more Bulls merch etc

I was too young to know about the Cowboys history in the late 80's. When I was a kid they always sucked. Then when they got good again it was like an explosion. A fukk ton of Cowboy fans everywhere. I'm not gonna call them band wagon cuz they were just dormant during the losing years. I had to go to school with their kids though, and in the heart of 49ers country they chose to be Cowboy fans like their Dads. The arguments (sometimes fights) between 49ers, Cowboys, and Raider fans in middle school was funny.

Elway winning his last Super Bowl was the first football memory I vividly recall, so Dallas just wasn't on the radar - but even as a kid between Space Jam, Karl Malone/Dennis Rodman in WCW and the theme music I fully comprehended what the Bulls and MJ were.

WEasily the bulls. You had the best player on the best team.

Hell even Horace grant had his own line of goggles :mjlol: .

The cowboys were popular, but they weren’t as dominant and you still had a huge number of giants, 49er, redskins, broncos and packers fans. NFL had more parity, it really isn’t their fault.

Cowboys and Bulls (more specifically Jordan)

Honorable mention:

I use to see those Raiders, Niners, Braves, Yankees, and Mighty Ducks jerseys, starter jackets, and SnapBack hats everywhere in that era.
