Ok so after doing my Googles there's 8 species of seals that live off the southern coast of Brazil but judging from the size of that animal in comparison to the boat, it could only be Southern Elephant Seal or a Leopard Seal and Southern Elephant Seals do not swim that fast nor do they breach out of water... so it's either a sea demon or a demonic ass alpha sized Leopard seal acting ten times more aggressive than a normal one would. For context Leopard seals are the Orcas of the seal family
