point is, is that Florida is known as the sunshine state, right now it's sunny in south florida and in the 80s, you are close to a beach, there are beautiful women running around scantily clad, you hear the sound of a super car engine coming towards you and see multi-million dollar property everywhere. Also look at the optics of being in Florida and Miami in general, Miami with it's plam trees, weather and diversity is like being in Panama, the D.R., Cuba (if it was built up) or anywhere else in the caribbean, it's like living where people vacation at.
