The comparison isn't there. At all. You can't equate or compare a child's game to rape. To murder. To castration. To dismemberment. To centuries of physical and psychological abuse of the worst order. Slavery, especially in the context of America, is not just a word. We are where we are as a direct result of slavery. That legacy has lingered and will linger for the rest of time. It's not to be compared to a game. At all. I don't know what about that is hard to understand.

when the NCAA commissioner in the beginning made when he started it, the comparison is possible. something doesn't have to be exactly the same for a comparison to be made. the player was simply making a comparison but some people are just too sensitive to even take a look at it. it would be like not wanting to make a nazi germany to what trump could do simply because "trump isn't going to burn and gas people"

Let's say there's a $2 burger. Im on the grill cookin the meat, my nikka Suarulez prepares the burger, and my homegirl Stephneisha is the cashier. That should be split in 4 ways. 1 each for us and the other goes to the company.

We make and sell 100 burgers that day, we should make $25 each off just that.

And don't even let me get into fries n nuggets.

Its more of a modern form of pre-unionization industrial US where factory workers were exploited and worked in shockingly unsafe conditions for coins a day and long term health issues. I wouldn't expect most undergrad college students to know of this however.

Now that I articulate it, its incredibly similar to that, and realistically only unionization will solve the issue.

Didn't know people chose to go into slavery. I wish people would stop saying this shyt. It's so ignorant

You get a world class education for free. FREE! Slavery? These fools are retarded. It's an ignorant comparison by those who do not value the importance of an education, not to mention a free one at that.
