Were they arresting him for something or he just said “fukk it, i’m taking a cop car today”? I only heard charges for stealing cruisers (unless i missed something).

I remember this video. 
Something kinda similar happened out here Uptown. A young breh hopped in a police cruiser but the fed was inside. They ended up shooting each other then went to the hospital
