My (late) buddy would speak directly to owners of loose dogs and warn them once. Dogs would mysteriously end up dead if they didn't listen.

Reminds me of my young, thuggin, days. Walking them dark streets. If your dog was loose and charged me...I kept a 9 for such occasions. I burned a few dogs up .
