oh I think he's referring to the PAPA JOE situation up in ohio..........when they did that Operation Peach investigation from Ohio to Decatur...and Gucci Mane along with Camron and Chubbie Baby were refrenced as to having ties to Joe....

if it's a 51k case...then their doesn't neccesiraly have to be paperwork particularly if the "informant' is still working in close relation to the case

but as for Gucci it's always just been speculation......nothing concrete has surfaced......so it would be unfair to label him as such
