Is Aggravated battery with a firearm a serious charge? He's lucky they didn't charge him with a manslaughter probably cos the kid was already dead before the guy pulled up again for the second time.

Killed the robber, took his gun, left the scene, returns to the scene while on the phone with 911, tells dispatcher he's being shot at when in reality he's the one shooting at the lifeless robber with the gun he took off the robber. I swear there's something in the water in that state :francis:

Yea, he going to jail. Situation was over and stand your ground did not apply.

Hopefully these teens and young adults learn from this situation. But I doubt it honestly.

If he's already dead? Is it still murder? :yeshrug:

Dude head moved before he started shooting again. He may have still been alive. If that's the case, then it's murder.

I understand emotions are high in these situation, but after the threat has been neutralized, your right to stand your ground is over.
