They have the same rights as me and you when it comes to voting in the states.

Oh I know that. I was under the impression if an American moves from state to state there is some criteria to be met before to be considered residents of the new state. I remember my parents moved and needed some time before I could get in-state tuition.

Yeah, it is different for college in-state tuition vs. voting registration.

The day you move into a new voting district, you can change your voting registration to that new locale.

Dumbasses. This wouldn't be an issue if criminal laws were applied equally. But as it stands, black and brown people are disproportionately/over-represented within the criminal justice system. And yes they are probably more like to vote Dem. This is an objective fact.
