Where in the US constitution does it say you can deny a citizen not in jail the right to vote? Correct me if I'm wrong, but once you've paid your debt to society, you're a full citizen again. No more, no less. Under the US Constitution. Florida's constitution might be all BS but US Constitution doesn't allow such a practice, as far as I know.
