If Im Napier, I gotta find a replacement for Lagway. Lagway belongs on a SMU level team. Florida defense is Hella good. That QB spot been his downfall...

The AD gotta tune the fanbase out and look at the squad. Thats a National Championship type defense. Napier hasn't lost the locker room which is a plus

Problem is Napier is stubborn and its his offense, he wants to call plays and he does not want to relinquish play calling.. Last year when he was on hot seat and dam near fired I think he said he might do it, then they won a few to end the year and he basically backtracked and reneged. Cant do that and with those type players not show much of anything. That offensive scheme sucks.. They got too many weapons to be struggling like that.. And they need to check their SC program, too many nagging injuries on team overall.

Yea if the defense plays hard all season then Napier should get another year but they’ll probably slack off after a few more losses.

Lagway is a raw talent but unfortunately I don't know if he will reach potential. Seems like his mechanics are off and no qb coach is guiding him.

Yea most of those overpriced HS QBs don't live up to the hype. And too much expectation to be great right away but rightfully so when you’re getting paid that much.
