I look at the start of this vid and see Golden Boy logo. Mayweather promotions doesn't exist and 50 realized it and wanted the money he spent getting TMT promotions started and Floyd refused. 50 said Floyd told him to do it and I believe 50. The man doesn't have a track record of lying and is very transparent when it comes to revealing why he severed relationships. In regards to why he didn't move forward with TMT promotions, I'm pretty sure Floyd owns all the intellectual property to that imprint. Floyd never denied 50's accusation btw.
