so all the meatball grease goes into the mashed potatoes leaving me with a bowl of mashed potato soup+meat grease with italian flavored meatballs?

1 sheet of foil isnt gonna hold that grease in. it will flood out into the pan, or start a fire if your dumb ass just put the foil directly on the rack



i will say if you sear the meat decently it may be less messy but this recipe is stupid to me sorry
