What's the name of the play where the QB blocks for the running back? Or what do you call that?

The only thing I can think of is a reverse where the QB does a quick hand-off to a back sweeping one way, then he hands it off (usually on his downfield side) to a receiver who's sweeping back the other way. The QB usually joins whoever is pulling towards the playside as a lead blocker. Hope that helps.
