football player bruised his baby mama

I was listening to sports radio around 4pm EDT today in the car. I left work early cuz awful head cold & only had tylenol pm left.

The sports radio commentators said that some football player got in trouble with the law cuz he grabbed his baby mama by the forearms & shoved her against a door. He bruised her forehead & forearms in the process. It's not clear whether the kid was present during or what provoked this. This was breaking news today.

Anyone have details?
