Where do you live? You seem angry with me. I live in Van Nuys. Not exactly a scary place for me but its an undesirable, lower to working class Hispanic, gang touched portion of the valley. And I'm in the nasty part bordering Panorama City.

I have nosey neighbors, a house directly across the street that hosts a card game racket and mad apartment complexes all over.

i just moved from there a few months ago, after living there like 3 years. Not a dangerous neighborhood at all. Also I make like 40-50k a year. You should be able to afford a much better spot than that if you make 6 figures.
