for my nikkas who cut they own hair

i cut my own hair to learn a useful skill. but i keep fukkin up the crown because my hair grows in different ways. how can i fix this problem?

Cut in the same direction as your crown and don't press down hard to avoid uneven spots

Cut with the grain, not against. If you're going for even all around use the gaurds you want for the proper length. If you want your hair not sticking up, cut with the grain. If you go against it'll stick up.

For the lil circle where hair changes directions, taking you're time cutting around it.

the crown is the fukkin worst a nikka be like, what way is the hair fukkin going

just take practice, and play around with the guards. and always go by the golden rule, when in doubt just cut your losses and stop. if you keep going to try and fix some shyt, you just gonna fukk it up more (moreso applies to the hairline)

edit: usually i start off with a higher guard around the crown just to get a feel for the motions imma use, then brush my hair with my hands to lay it down and just go slow and take your time going through

i been lazy though the past few months so i been going to a local barber but duke been cutting me lately so i might just do it myself again
