Good - J got better, I play smarter and under control, better rebounder (due to me being stronger and understanding positioning better), better passer
Bad - no more hops (blame it on injuries than anything), handles got worse (there was a 4-5 year period in which I didn't touch a basketball, first step (old age and injuries)
Same - defense is still good, but I can't stay in front of my man like I used to
