In my work, I've had to deal with a mezzanine lending fund based out of Ohio on behalf of my employer. It's an otherwise professional financial firm. The risk guys, the tech guys, the vps, the managing partners, etc are all old white dudes . But you want to guess who's the center of their homepage ? The 22-year-old "office manager" in the short, tight skirt and the low cut blouse.
They got this associate degree hoe in the center of all the promotional material, like she's one of the guys from Booth school doing due diligence.
