For the cooks, how do you avoid making the females gassy?

For those of you that cook for your dates, what foods do you find tend to be the best as far as avoiding digestive disturbances? What foods get them gassy? Obviously it's going to be different for each case since people have food allergies, but anything you find in general that gets them gassy? I'm trying to avoid having gassy females over at the crib.

Everyone's body reacts differently to different foods. You could make what many would consider less gassy foods and someone's body could have issues breaking them down. Your best bet would probably be to have some gas-x/antacids handy just in case.

For salad: Chop some apples, squeeze lemon, olive oil, toss with salt & pepper.

Keep it light, stay away from dairy, beans, potatoes & pasta.

Can’t really go wrong with fish and some greens. No dairy preferably

But if you’re:flabbynsick:she’ll know you’re fronting

Worst case scenario have some of them gas x pills in the house. If y’all are together she can pop some but if she’s a jump off she just may not let you smash
