First, I think he was the best candidate to beat Trump this cycle and it wasn't close. Trump got himself impeached trying to stop him.

Second, he knows how to build a coalition. I thought he consolidated support within the Democratic Party far better than Hillary and I trust him to put together a solid, educated team in the White House.

Third, I think he has a good sense of history and legacy. I think that's important given that this is probably his last act. I think he's going take on much more risk a lot more than people think policy-wise.

biden is a mediocre career politician who possesses the skills and political identity to eradicate trumpism. i havent even seen anyone really go past that with praise

and i dont even care if he accomplishes much, certainly not AOC's fidel castro wish list coming off a single year where we added 5 trillion to the national debt

just raise taxes on the rich to 2016 levels, and restore some sense of normalcy, and im happy

It beyond me how people like him. He been wrong on almost every major decision. Some of his key policies proposals have done immense damage to this country and specifically to Black America. He is a fukkboy imo. I’m still disgusted I am forced to vote for this clown in November. I had a small glamour of hope he would pick a decent VP, but it doesn’t seem like that is going to happen either.

He's clearly effective at getting things done. His platform is a positive step in many regards.

I dont fall in love with politicians, so having a palatable policy platform and the know how to implement it is good enough for me.
