Keeping my overhead low, and my understand high
I know I'm stating the obvious but it just dawned on me.

Back to Back was a sub. All The Way Up freestyle is a sub. 2nd Round Knockout was a sub.

I just can't think of too man diss records where names are mentioned.

Or are these not considered subliminal if we know who they're talking about?

A subliminal diss is one only a few people would really get.

A song like this is not a 'subliminal diss' just because he doesn't say "Young Jeezy" on the record

Back To Back is not a subliminal diss record. Neither is Meek's response. There is no question who they are talking to.

not really subliminal, you just really have to be listening to catch it, and you have to be familiar with even subtle references.
