Do you see their being more positions available with this whole Trump Visa ban thing? I'm not extremely knowledgeable about the back end, but it seems there may be some opportunities for US citizens to scoop up these jobs.

The big companies like google, amazon , etc actually pay H1B visa holders good pay ($130k+) so they will be able to get more slots for those visas.
The bum ass companies like accenture who try to bring senior developers here and pay them $40k won't be able to get any visas granted and may take a L. Whether or not that means they will starting paying a citizen a fair salary or not is to be seen i guess. They could just say fukk getting visas and just try to package offshore teams to their clients

I definitely think you'll see a huge increase in IT jobs for American workers if Trump reforms the H1b program.
