For those that eat healthy, do you do it ALL the time?

I tend to keep a nice rotation of meal...Shrimp, Beef and Chicken Breast with Brown rice avocado etc. but I cheat on my diet at least once a week. There is two meals I can't give up Pizza and Fried Chicken LOL. I don't eat it all the time but I do treat myself every two weeks or so. Life is too short to not enjoy bad food sometimes...

I am like 15.5 percent body fat so I am pretty fit and tall. Trying to get to 13 though. I literally walked to Dunkin to get a Donut and turned back..I don't want to end up fat lol.

I eat clean Monday through Friday and eat bad in moderation on weekends.
I wanna start eating clean M-Sat though

I try to eat clean, but then after a few weeks I'll eat damn near raw steak and start deep frying oreos and shyt.

last week someone gave me a pizza from Pizza hut and it was the first time I've eaten pizza hut in damn near 3 years.

My body reacted to the shyt like I was relapsing off drugs. :mjcry:

yeap, all the time, i rarely eat out. there's too much junk, chemically laced and garbage in the food system today. i've been gradually switching over to organic products and am glad to see more vendors offer more items and prices become competitive. if i fry something i will use coconut oil, if a make a pizza, i incorporate millet and wheat flour into the dough mixture. being an amateur chef i can replicate or improve almost any a popular restaurant menu.

got off blood pressure medication, and my health and fitness is in the top percentile for my age group.
