I tend to keep a nice rotation of meal...Shrimp, Beef and Chicken Breast with Brown rice avocado etc. but I cheat on my diet at least once a week. There is two meals I can't give up Pizza and Fried Chicken LOL. I don't eat it all the time but I do treat myself every two weeks or so. Life is too short to not enjoy bad food sometimes...
I am like 15.5 percent body fat so I am pretty fit and tall. Trying to get to 13 though. I literally walked to Dunkin to get a Donut and turned back..I don't want to end up fat lol.
