I've been doing like 90 percent of my shopping at Trader Joe's for almost 3 years. Not because of finances but because they have some good ass products.

But just saw some one post that they paid like 9 dollars for eggs at a normal grocery store. Meanwhile I'm paying 3 something for them at TJ. I can buy almost a week worth of groceries for just two people and only end up paying 70 bucks at most and that is with my basket almost full.

Don't sleep. Also their seasonal items. :takedat:
These were absolute crack during winter.

I mess with certain stuff from Trader Joe’s but seems too expensive to do all shopping there similar to people I see racking up in Whole Foods. I use those spots for specialty products only really.
Don't know about where you at but trader Joe's is actually very cheap from my experience. Not on whole foods level price wise even though I'm sure the shopping demos have cross over. I went to a normal store a few months ago and didn't even get a bunch of shyt and ended up with almost 100 dollar reciept. Meanwhile I'm routinely walking out of trader joes with shyt under 50.

We have Aldi's where I live, so that's my go to when more budget conscience, but trader Joe's is right around the price of Kroger's(especially meat quality) and overall about 10-15% more expensive than Walmart....

coincidentally trader joes is technically aldi. 2 brothers inherited aldi and got into a fued over whether or not to sell cigarettes. then split into aldi north and aldi south. aldi north is trader joes in the us. aldi south is aldi

and neither sell cigarettes

The produce is a LOT cheaper than any other supermarket competitor locally for me...that alone makes it worth the trip :manny:
