For those who lost weight/ reached fitness goal, how simple was your diet ?

I usually eat between 1500 - 2000 calories a day, but I also burn about 1500 calories a day as well
How I did my diet was:
Breakfast
- something small like toast or egg whites

Lunch
- salad or small french fries since my job has a cafeteria and shyt

Dinner
- would be whatever I wanted, I just kept it under control and didn't eat too much

Snack
- sunflower seeds, sun chips, almonds, would cheat with chocloate granola with yogurt or gummies if I wanted something sweet.

Honestly you can eat whatever the fukk you want, you just gotta control how big the portions are and just work out as well.

My weight's been all over the place, started at 350, got down to 180, went back up to 260, now down to 200 and trying to get 170.

Def same thing daily. 255 to 220.

Breakfast: Oatmeal & Protein shake or Egg whites/sausage & protein shake

Lunch:Tuna & cashews

Dinners: Salad w/ either salmon or chicken & protein smoothie.

The hardest part now is trying to switch up my diet/workouts

Feel like I plateaued I been at 220 for a min
