i’m also not so sure the prostitution ban is that or will be that effective.. was my homegirl’s last night here so we went to this rooftop spot in poblado last night.. didn’t seem any different to me.. them hoes were still walking the streets selling box.. it’s a weird thing where normal and working girls dress the same, so it’s easy to confuse them at times but you can tell the hoes because they eye fukk you.. but the cops can’t really do shyt about 2 people having a conversation and exchanging information so unless they ban loitering nothing really changed.

I think they were protesting one of the new laws put in place recently (i think curfew) and they wanted that bar to close down to join the protests.....
That's what I got out of it plus other Spanish comments....... so I may be somewhat incorrect... but I don't think it was exclusively for the bros.

This is due to some american being caught with 2 underage girls . Foreigners are starting to get a bad reputation in Colombia if they don't have it already.
