According to the article , she hired the dude and took him under her wings. Even encouraged him to pursue a superintendent position ( He wanted a position in the Bronx) . Who wouldn't feel some type of way if that happened to them lol

A good leader/mentor wouldn't feel that way. A good leader and mentor is supposed to guide you to success. Having your successor achieve higher levels than yourself is the ultimate.
