Key points:
-They didn't take feedback seriously. They either didn't seek it out, or they got it and didn't care.

-They were too slow on the draw and should have pivoted to a different game or changed their mechanics. There was already overwatch, and overwatch 2 by the time it came out. Nobody cares about a copy of a game they already have or aren't interested in.

-its important to play your competitions games to see what they're doing right.

-The workplace culture could have been toxic. People who have ideas and criticisms may have been ignored.
