You beat me to it. Not saying what he did was right, but if we're charging kids as adults when they commit serious crimes then I'm not all that sympathetic to the "victim" in this incident.


One thing that should be mentioned is while the age of consent is 17, the other party has to be older by 3 years or less to be legal. How old was he when she willfully sukked his dikk?

Plus its not a good look when you use a position of power as leverage in that situation. In that regard, I think youth ministers and the ilk should be held to the same legal standards as teachers.

I just find it interesting they can forgive this, but seek maximum punishments for other folks who break the law. That church is full of hypocrites because I bet they are conservative and support the mass incarceration of black folks.
