I'm not familiar with any announcement on the subject, I can only tell you from first hand experience. I do not own MCC or Forza (any of them) and I received a message for the Warthog vehicle code (9/8/2016). I only own Halo 5.

The main reason I loved Driveclub was because of the country specific tracks and this shyt above looks amazing with way more content.
