Im biased and the trilogy era weeknd is probably one of my favorite artists so I gotta go with him, but frank is currently making better music. Blonde is an amazing piece of work, but I thought CO was really overrated - had some really great songs but eh; the Lonny Breaux Collection has some bangers.

Pretty much everything after the trilogy has varied from okay to great, but no single project has matched the earlier tapes.

Nothing Weeknd has ever made is even close to Nostalgia. That's the strongest project between the both of them.

With that said, Weeknd has improved over time. While Frank fell off right after Nostalgia and hasn't recovered imo
