Frank Ocean's Cousin Claims Chris Brown Owes $3 Million in Damages Over Fight

The legal battle between Chris Brown and Frank Ocean's cousin Sha'keir Duarte continues. It started after a fight took place last January in West Hollywood between Brown's entourage and Frank Ocean's entourage (spurred by a confrontation about a parking spot). Though Ocean made it clear he wouldn't press charges, Duarte sued Brown for assault and battery.

Brown countersued last month, saying the $2 million Duarte sought in damages was "absurd". Now, Duarte has detailed why he believes Brown is responsible for over $3 million in damages, as TMZ reports. It breaks down like this:

• $1,000,000 for pain, suffering and inconvenience
• $1,000,000 for emotional distress
• $1,000,000 for punitive damages
• $60,000 for medical expenses

In Brown's countersuit, he claimed that "Duarte provoked the fight by threatening to kill him", and also that Duarte was "aggressive and hostile".
