Because this was very skilled songwriting and a superb flow where his riding the beat was near perfect execution over a dope instrumental.

So there's so much of that that it gives the illusion of dope lyrics
but the lyrics were ok, nothing spectacular

If he had the same lyrics on a weaker beat and a weaker flow ya'll wouldn't like it

Which is fine....

But i'm just saying that's all
At some points in the song when the beat turnt a notch it seemed he put mad emotion into the song
But the lyrics weren't deep or something, but it gave that illusion

All of this is fine though, no prob

Cosign, on BFK he seemed more focused on hooks and flow than content. The tape and song are still dope though.
