:blessed:

Braves should contend for a wild card/division despite the TJ injuries to Brandon Beachy & Kris Medlen...if we get ANYTHING out of Uggla & BJ this offense will be MUCH improved

BTW, I like the title, I would just make it "Freddie vs. Jason: The Sequel: The Official 2014 Atlanta Braves season thread"

I was thinking "Cobb County White Flights coming soon!" The official 2014 Atlanta Braves season thread :lolbron:

I've always thought putting official in the title makes it sound long winded. I'll change it though.

You were among the first I tagged.

On topic, another quality start from our staff tonight. If Santana can give us something and Minor comes back healthy I think our staff can be salvaged. We're an ace away from being a title contender IMO.

I'm really worried about the offense. I think there is no saving BJ. I definitely think Justin and CJ need to be switched in the batting order. I just don't like the thought of Chris Johnson being or cleanup hitter. I'm not as optimistic as you guys though, I think it's gonna be a disastrously bad year.

At this point, I'd rather have Heyward in center and Francoeur in right rather than having BJ in the lineup.

I am hoping Heyward has a monster season. The offense is gonna have to help the pitchers out earlier in the season.

It'll be Schafer's job soon. Won't be a drop off on the basepaths or in the field, plus he'll hit a tad better than BJ.

I'm in that thang next Friday again. I've mapped out the Nats pitching probables and it looks like I might see Strasburg pitch.

Looks like it's gonna be like last year, our primary offense is gonna be home runs.

Schafer seems like he could be the spark the team needs if BJ continues to blow like he has, but I wonder if Freddie G has the courage to make a decision like that. Paying a guy 15 milly a year to sit on the bench might be asking too much.

Pressure will be on Fredi's neck if he continues to play a non-producing BJ. My homie (fellow Braves fan) been talking shyt about me for caping for BJ since last season. I'm giving BJ until the end of May before I jump off the bandwagon.
