Sprint Wifi AC Router *Wi-Fi Connect* Asus AC66u - Free for "eligible" postpaid accounts
This is similar to the router offered by TMobile (Asus AC68u). I just want to start a thread on the Sprint version since there should be a demand there as well.

To order, you call 1-866-556-7310 and ask for Sprint Wifi Connect Router in order to better take advantage of wifi calling function of your phone. I assume you have to have at least one wifi calling enabled phone on your account in order to order this router.

I ordered mine last week and it arrived yesterday.

I haven't played with mine yet but may try to put a stock firmware on it in order to use Access Point mode. It'll be nice for people to start putting some info on the router in the wiki area.

Good luck and enjoy the router.

Info on this page:

http://www.sprint.com/landings/airave/

The router is yours free of obligation after 1 Year. If you are cancelling before 1 year is up, you either pay $85 or have to return the router.

"Ownership of Equipment: Sprint will retain ownership of the Equipment for the first full year after
you order it. If your Sprint wireless service account remains active with Sprint beyond one year, there
is no charge applied for the router at any point, and ownership of the Equipment transfers to you. If,
within one year of receiving the Equipment, your Sprint wireless service is discontinued or terminated
for any reason, you may either (1) choose to return the Equipment to Sprint, or (2) keep the
Equipment and pay the Equipment Fee."
