Thats top secret information
All that free(insert imprisoned rapper) shyt will always be fake to me because I'll never forget the way rap fans collectively turned their backs on Murder Inc during a time where if you see your Black brothers dealing with a monster that has a 98% conviction rate we supposed to go full support...But ya'll didn't. Ya'll mocked Ja Rule because 50 was that new guy on the scene. And when Murder Inc beat the FEDs case...was there a celebration?? Nope. why? Because 50 was on fire and no one cared about what Murder Inc was going thru. So nowadays when I see someone say Free(insert imprisoned rapper) I get the :stopitslime: face and think back to when Murder Inc was being railroaded by the FEDs and no one cared. I believe that if Irv, his brother and Ja Rule would have actually gotten convicted the bandwagon for how they would have been railroaded would have been big. But because it came and went, when we think of Murder Incs demise we think first of 50 Cent and not the feds indictment that was really the main contributor.

Love
that's cause the average mainstream hip-hop fan is just as much of a sheep as a pop fan . . they believe whatever corporate agenda is forced down their throat and that's why all types of companies are open to the idea of paying for product placements in the hip-hop community . . remember to buy your Jordans folks . . be 30+ years old walking around like you just came off a basketball court brehs

I don't even believe the casual fan knew about Murder Inc's predicament while it was going on, especially while 50 was overshadowing everything during his initial run.

You've got a point though.

It was pretty well known.....The rumor was that Supreme was extorting Murder Inc by using them to launder money. Even 50 was joking about how they were getting extorted by Supreme. At the time it was all related to the Supreme affiliation. Irv was stupid for constantly throwing dudes name out there like that over and over again trying to get them gangster points...I said it first and 50 later said the same thing. Irv shoulda had dude in the background if anything, even when they made that movie putting his name on that shyt was asking for the wrong attention...they shoulda had Supreme under a
pseudonym and kept him in the background.

Because all the "free _____" stuff seems to depend on whether or not that person (or in this case label) is "hot" at the moment. The tide had turned on Murder Inc

But the tide didnt turn in 2003....Murder Inc were still making noise. in 2003 the jusry was still out and by 2004 Ja Rule had a song in heavy rotation with Jada and Fat Joe...also Ashanti was still killing it.

That's what happen when you got a cornball in control. nikkas should've just been themselves and not affiliate themselves with a nikka like preme that they didn't even know.
