Man this has BEEN a thing. For YEARS now.
People fell off with all this technology nut the library is STILL an invaluable resource.
I haven't used it in forever but for a bit I was on Hoopla, found a cohort for startups trying to partner with my city, etc. Don't sleep!

Best thing about it is you can read comics the day the trade paperback comes out
