Black men aren’t going to take advantage and the Latinos will.

There is so much money in the trades.

Hopefully Black men will take advantage because like you said there is a lot of money (and benefits) that can be made not to mention a skill set that you can take to various places if ever you want to/need to relocate somewhere else.

So much $ in HVAC, dudes are sleeping. Watching my neighbor spend $15k to replace her AC unit had me bugging. Took like 3 days. Even as a corporate hack, imma try to get my hands on this. Been watching a YouTube channel, dude is really good. Love2hvac is the chnl

Bruh I had a tech come out to fix something a few years ago. Breh was a military aircraft mechanic. He left the marines and started working for the airlines fixing planes. Left that because he said there was better money in HVAC and it was much easier.

I have to replace my AC, first quote came in at 12k. Not even the top brand. Still waiting for the others. Probably around 18k when all is said and done.
