Lift weights

Not everybody has weights around or likes to do weights.
I do weights myself but I know people who are not into weights. I think females would benefit more from this but it's a good integration for somebody who does weights.
Some of the exercises I've done in during my MMA class. Even football players do this along with swimming. There are muscles you dont' use that need work or you gonna feel sore doing something your body is not used to. A wrestler could twist an ankle playing tennis or basketball because he's not used to using those muscles. Diversifying your routine is important.
