French Cyber Agency concludes Russians didn't hack Macron campaign

Well I was only looking at MSM reports on this and non of them said for sure that it was Russia but that it was very similar to what the Russians did in the US.
Also a cyber agency is not an intelligence agency. So all they can say is we didn't find anything that links directly back to Russia. doesn't mean Russia had nothing to do with it.
It's not an intelligence agency but it is a French govt entity...

True, but it took 13 U.S agencies to confirm Russia hacked our election and there's still people that have doubts.
Plus Russia has been doing stuff like this for years. This isn't some new phenomenon. The reason why this recent US hacking is such a big deal is the impact and the fact that unlike most other incidents, Russia didn't even really bother to hide it this time.

why would russian hackers leave evidence that they hacked someone? not saying mistakes don't happen and they could've left a trail but if they're fukking top tier governmental hackers doing some high-profile ass shyt why would they leave a trace?
