Well I was only looking at MSM reports on this and non of them said for sure that it was Russia but that it was very similar to what the Russians did in the US.

Also a cyber agency is not an intelligence agency. So all they can say is we didn't find anything that links directly back to Russia. doesn't mean Russia had nothing to do with it.

I understand why people want to disprove the Russian hacking angle, especially populists, who imagine that a certain Democratic nominee lost because she couldn't sell middle America on a more palatable brand of socialism. I can't understand however why these people think that these tactics won't be used on them if they come close to sniffing the levers of power. Hell, 4 cac, Jack Posobiec and a lot of alt right affiliated accounts were pushing the #MacronLeaks on Twitter hard, not to mention RT and Sputnik doing everything possible to prop up Le Pen.
