I'm with the OP on this one.

Friday After Next has some REALLY funny moments.

Next Friday was good, but something about it just didn't' resonate the way the original did. The Jokers were weak villains, the love interest was wack. Truth be told the best thing about Next Friday was the introduction of Day-Day, Elroy, and Pinky.
