How? I'm telling you first hand that IT WAS GOOD. I'm not cosigning fried chicken being used all over the country. Me and a couple of friends got invited by one of our friends who works there now, and the food was really good.
I remember the first time I went over a friends house 3 years ago and ate his moms fried chicken and it changed my life She had the right balance of single coat, salt and pepper flavor that I went home and immediately replicated. Best chicken I ever had.
