I have strong belief in Lukas ability to rise in the playoffs as he’s already established himself as an all time playoff riser.
That being said, having watched a decent sample size of him in LA…dudes shot selection is horrific and he lacks the intangibles, athleticism, and selflessness to impact a game when he’s not shooting well.
He’s a gifted passer but also a very egotistical scorer, and when he’s struggling to find a rhythm he gets tunnel vision and tries to force the issue more instead of shifting to a facilitator role. He plays terrible defense, half due to effort and the other half being unathletic and in average shape. And bro is lazy when it comes to intangibles. Doesn’t set screens, stands around a lot off ball, has good rebounding numbers on paper but cherry picks easy ones and rarely fights for difficult ones, loses composure and gets techs or doesn’t get back on D because he’s bytching at refs, etc.
You can see where Bron is a tier above Luka in what each player does when their offense is shyt. The lakers have multiple recent wins with Bron scoring sub-20 points. He’s just far more gifted in his ability to impact winning without getting buckets.
